As a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser since 2004, Michael also has knowledge and experience through appraising thousands of properties throughout San Diego County.
Michael also offers experience as a professional property manager, working on leasing, maintenance, and all aspects of successful ownership of investment Real Estate. Whether it be asset acquisition, tenant screening, or strategic flips, Michaels expertise is invaluable to his clients.

Alisa has been a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in CA since 2005. Alisa's extensive background in mortgages, Real Estate investing, and marketing are all instrumental in her ability to provide top notch service to her clients.

Mark has lived in North County San Diego for over 40 years. His knowledge of the real estate inventory, schools, government agencies and politics gives him a unique prospective of the impacts on perspective buyers and sellers. Mark’s goal has been and always will be to, “help make the clients goals come to fruition with the least amount of problems and the most amount of success”.
For over 2 decades Mark has been involved in most all aspects of the Real Estate industry. He has helped many sellers maximize the profits from the sale of their homes and helped buyers find their dream homes at the absolute best price possible. In each case Mark has helped his clients have a smooth and trouble free transaction. Mark’s expertise in marketing a home and successfully negotiating the transaction is one of the many hallmarks of his experience.
Mark has personally negotiated and closed numerous single family residence, multi-family residence, land and multi-unit complexes.

Susan is a San Diego native and she loves living in this great area. She has 2 grown children and 2 grandchildren.

Elissa started her real estate career in property management 23 years ago. After 4 years of property management experience (includes showing property, maintenance, accounting and contracts), she became a full time REALTOR. She has real estate experience in Colorado, Utah and California. She now specializes in clients that are buying and selling their homes in the San Diego area, and throughout the US. Elissa is passionate about being a safe place for seniors to place their trust.
Her family owns several senior home care residences and a senior medical transportation business and she spent years in her late twenties, volunteering for Aging Services. She enjoys spending time with her husband and children, going to the beach, traveling, hiking, reading, self- improvement, living holistically, and she calls herself a life, long learner. Elissa is genuinely passionate about people and carries the values of hard work, integrity, and outstanding client service into everything she does. Rinni’s education includes a master’s in computer science. She moved to San Diego in 2015 and instantly fell in love with the city. Immediately she started looking for a house for her family, to live the American dream with a long list of want and needs. Realizing it was no easy task, she went through a lot of hurdles and finally became a proud homeowner in San Diego.
In this journey, she realized the importance of the realtor's role in home buying. There are many aspects to finding the right house and then closing the deal. It involves a great deal of market knowledge, resources, negotiation, and expertise in transactions. Home buying is one of the biggest purchases in life and it can be a stressful event. The best possible guidance and support from a realtor is key. These encounters and insights encouraged Rinni to become a Realtor to help other's make their Real Estate dreams come true.
